Cousins Properties
This prominent Atlanta-based developer occupied two and a half floors of a former law firm office in their recently acquired building, 191 Peachtree Tower. Humphries reworked and preserved the existing layout to accommodate new requirements. Additionally, Humphries added refinished and new hardwood floors, re-worked existing moldings/trim package, and a new gyp ceilings and lighting system throughout.
