The project for this international real estate firm located at 55 Allen Plaza in Atlanta included over one and a quarter floors and was awarded LEED gold. For certification, this project included extensive use of glass office fronts, clerestory glass elements, and glass fronts on conference rooms that improved natural light levels. To create a warm and inviting entry to the impressive floor, Humphries added an oval trey drywall ceiling in the reception area with corresponding stone flooring, fabric panels, a custom wood and glass fin wall, a custom wood reception desk and a leather-paneled elevator lobby.
