This 11,000 SF second generation office space at the 999 Peachtree Building had a very clean and crisp design built for this architectural firm. Quality, schedule and LEED were very important to this client. We worked very closely with the design team to create an inviting space that allowed for a creative thinking and collaborative environment. It consisted of open ceilings, gyp low walls for work areas, glass entry and conference center, floating benches, and eyebrow soffits. The finishes included cork flooring, custom carpet and decorative light fixtures. The mechanical and electrical had a detailed installation to compliment the open ceilings and clean appearance. This LEED Gold Certified project used photocell lighting, BMS controls and green building materials.
