This seven-floor Midtown law firm project included four new practice floors, the rework and expansion of an existing conference floor, a full food service kitchen and serving line, an exterior dining terrace, extensions to the fire stairs and elevator in order to create a law library floor, a back office support floor, a fitness center with video wall, and men’s and women’s locker rooms, restrooms and showers. Subsequently, two expansion practice floors have been completed.
