The Terraces North & South
For the new owners of the classically designed eleven-story North and South Terraces open atrium buildings, and while the existing buildings remained occupied, Humphries added new stone flooring throughout the buildings, a new lighting package, planter and fountain modifications, twelve elevator cabs and control panels, eighty-eight restrooms, sixteen building corridors and an exterior entry drive, updated exterior lighting and painting, a conference center, and upgraded the existing fitness center. Preconstruction, estimating, and planning lasted over six months in order to diligently satisfy our client's budget requirements.
