This major furniture firm vacated their existing showroom, which was demolished to make way for their new concept. Humphries’ scope consisted of the demolition and build-back of their new showroom space, and coordination of many finish subcontractors and vendors—as required to maintain design intents with alignments of design elements throughout the space. Humphries also installed many custom 3Form doors and pulls that were integrated into the construction with a variety of floor finishes including ceramic tile, carpet, rubber and wood flooring. The project also included custom light fixtures mounted in an open ceiling plan and custom millwork throughout. This project is certified as LEED silver.
