Greenberg Traurig
This museum-quality, 105,000 square foot project encompassed the top five floors at Terminus 200 in Buckhead (Atlanta). This project was built for a long-time repeat client, the 32-office international law firm, Greenberg Traurig, based in Miami. The project has been featured in several publications and nominated for design awards. It has been described as “mid-century modern” combined with classic components of stainless and glass with many textures of white on white. The entire penthouse floor has the main reception, waiting area and 10 conference centers of various capacities that are all stone floors with layered sheetrock ceilings, fabric panels, stone clad columns and a heavy AV component. There is a stone, stainless and glass interconnecting stair that leads to additional conference areas as well as a very creative and exciting break out area for visitors and employees that features graphic wallcovering and custom millwork cabinetry. The lower four floors, which include the firm’s famed entertainment practice, features custom carpets, millwork doors to every office, 3-Form panels, glass/aluminum sliding doors and upgraded lighting throughout.
