Mailchimp Atlanta Office

The MailChimp project consisted of 115,000 SF on two floors. The space included an interconnecting stair to mimic stadium bleacher seating using painted steel and custom stained wood panels and platforms that is also used for meetings and events as well as floor-to-floor access. The project included many specialty areas and materials such as custom steel storefront with wire glass similar to old schoolhouse windows, wood floors, tinted stain concrete floors, custom steel plated floors, and glass front offices with sliding glass doors. The space had several break and beverage centers that were built with custom stained wood panels and steel. In addition to the awesome architectural details and materials, Humphries also installed a complete office area redundant HVAC system with cooling tower placed on the roof.
