This project involved building out approximately 12,500 SF of tenant space. The space was previously vacant and totally demolished back to a “white box.” Therefore, to create an open and collaborative workspace designed by Rule Joy Trammell Rubio, new construction included all new drywall partitions, reworking of acoustical ceilings, new light fixture package, upgrading mechanical and plumbing systems to the tenant’s requirements, custom millwork and solid surface tops, aluminum storefront at Conference Rooms and Huddle Rooms, glass channel glazing in all offices, wood doors with full glass lights as well as solid flush doors, a folding partition located in the breakroom area which allowed for additional meeting spaces if required, carpet tiles, wood flooring, luxury vinyl tile, painting and wallcoverings, and appliances. All work was completed in a 10 week time frame which was crucial for the tenant as they had to be out of their previous space by a hard date.
