This LEED Gold Certified two-floor project for an advertising firm in Midtown (Atlanta) was completed in two phases. This office space has won awards and accolades from all over the country.  The firm contracted from three floors to two floors while occupying internal swing space. The space includes a largely open plan ceiling, high-end conference center areas, custom breakout areas with use of back painted glass, custom lighting, epoxy coated floors, reclaimed gym flooring, glass walls/doors, and an interconnecting stair. The end result is a vibrant workplace for a youthful employee base.
