Accenture

The Accenture expansion consisted of 65,000 SF at 75 5th St – as a current tenant on the 11th floor of an existing building, they expanded their space to include a portion of the 10th floor and all of the 9th floor. Construction included demolition of existing elements and a complete new build back including new partitions, doors, finishing, lighting, electrical, plumbing, rework of the existing reception, and relocation of a recording studio. Construction also included a new monumental stair, which was issued under a separate permit.
