Our client had a real passion and a vision for their new corporate office. Humphries and the design team were hired at the same time to collaborate design, constructability, budget, and schedule. Humphries converted an aged three-story multi-tenant office building into their single-use, 60,000 SF open office environment with lots of “wow factor” for their high-profile clients and comfortable working areas for the employees. After completing a demolition of the existing interior, Humphries opened the slabs to install a new three-story custom stair with motorized smoke curtains. We installed unique glass garage doors that opened full to connect their main floor breakroom and conference center to a patio. Other great features included polished concrete floors, open ceilings, custom millwork, glass walls, graphics, and restroom upgrades. Humphries’ scope also included low voltage, security, and audio visual.
