Jamestown Properties, as owners of Ponce City Market, were one of the first commercial office tenants. The design of their office space set the tone for the many other offices in the historic building that Humphries has constructed over the past two years. The design and construction seamlessly incorporates the old with the new by utilizing the existing structural elements with environmentally conscious design themes and construction materials. LEED Gold certified, the Jamestown office uses glass front office spaces on the interior that are accented by the 100 year-old large concrete columns. Clean, white lines abound as the office space provides both collaborative and intimate areas in which to work.
