Located at the 3344 Peachtree Road, this project included two partial and two full floor renovations in a second generation interior up-fit within an existing commercial office building. The project included a new training center, social hub, conference rooms, offices, phone rooms, reception, interview rooms, restrooms, huddle rooms, breakroom kitchen and barista bars. New paint and carpet were completed throughout the entirety of all floors. Demo, new walls, ceilings, lighting, power and data, plumbing fixtures, appliances, equipment, millwork, and additional finishes were constructed and installed. The JLL Project qualified for LEED Silver and WELLv2 certified.
