MagMutual Insurance Atlanta Office

The MagMutual project consisted of total demolition and build back of two full floors covering 37,500 square feet at Piedmont 14 in Buckhead. The design called for an integral floating stair system where the stone clad treads cantilevered out of a two-story wall of Tropical Olive wood veneer. Extensive use of glass, stone, lacquer panels and exotic wood veneers help to create a warm, comfortable, and well-lit work environment. Open area cubicles next to perimeter windows and internally placed glass front offices ensure all employees have fantastic views of the lush Buckhead tree line.
