One Atlantic Center

The One Atlantic Center Building Repositioning consisted of the renovation and finish updates to the Concourse level lobby, parking deck elevator lobbies, and the tunnel. Additionally, new building amenities on the Concourse Level were constructed, including a 7,500 SF restaurant (full kitchen and seating), a fitness center, and a public restroom.
