One Buckhead Plaza

The One Buckhead Plaza project consisted of the renovation of the existing lobby, common corridors, existing conference center, vacant tenant suite and restrooms. Also included in the scope was the building of a new café, conference and fitness center including restrooms and showers. A new monumental stair replaced the existing stair as well as new lighting, mechanical, and electrical components.
