One Live Oak

One Live Oak was a 61,351 square foot renovation that covered 5 Floors at One Live Oak Center in 2014. Included in the scope of the project was the renovation of the main lobby, elevator lobbies, and a conference room. Additionally, there was an exterior portion of work completed which included the millwork panels around the Bucket Shop Café as well as in front of the main entrance.
