This high-end, 2.5-floor project with a very short and demanding schedule required a perfectly orchestrated process. Humphries’ scope included many custom millwork components, stone flooring, DIRTT wall systems, custom graphic film, full audio visual package, server rooms with supplemental HVAC, split reception desk with custom millwork extending through glass walls into the break room, a full sized commercial test kitchen and tasting area located on the top floor, custom logos, and signage. The back-of-house area encompasses efficiently designed perimeter offices with support admin stations, including specialized 3Form counter tops at low walls. The client had a very aggressive move date, firm budget and high expectations for quality.
