The Terraces

Our largest building repositioning project to date. In two buildings the renovations included 88 common area restrooms and common corridors, 12 elevator cabs, new stone floors in the main lobbies, filling in fountains, interior landscape islands, new interior stair, new interior and exterior lighting, refinishing interior millwork and brass elements throughout both buildings, interior and exterior painting of the buildings, new entrance canopies, new entrance drive, with new landscape and hardscape, painting and new lighting of parking decks all while both buildings where occupied.
