This ASID award winning design covered a total of 205,000/sf. Executed with Idea-Span, the project cost $18 million and was comprised of about 50% open office plan versus hard walls. The RockTenn project also greatly consisted of open painted ceilings combined with floating ceilings that had Axiom trim. The second generation space featured glass walls, use of ceramic tile, back lit feature walls and a custom reception desk. It also included custom millwork paneling and four breakrooms with a phased construction schedule.
